Arne Vilhelm Tellefsen (NO )was a part of the graffiti-scene in the 1980s alongside pursuing his interests in screenwriting, painting, producing, lecturing and curating. Tellefsen is an artist and co-founder of KRS Gadekunstlaug in Kristiansand, southern Norway. «Gadekunst” got local, national and international artists working on changing the perceptions on streetart in Kristiansand, with temporary art projects. After the «Gatekunst” prosjekt ended in 2018, he has been running an ideal company called Deconform, trying to change landscapes and people with art.
