Muralism. A Catalyst for Collective Culture
Panel of festival artists, chaired by Sabina Andron

This panel of festival artists will discuss the rise of the mural and its relationship to collectivism. Following Graffiti scholar Javier Abarca’s criticism of the mural dominating over more human scale works of art, the panel will also critically explore the rise of mural culture and the resources required to paint large scale works compared with those smaller interventions that Street Art culture is known for. Panelists include festival artists Elisa Capdevila, Jofre Oliveras and Slim Safont. Chaired by Sabina Andron.
